The term ‘Inzpire’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is PO Box 92 Highfields Queensland, Australia 4352. Our business registration number is BN21092310 in the State of Queensland, Australia. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Australia and its States and Territories.
Terms and Conditions for Purchases
All prices stated on the current website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and all orders are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). For orders delivered within Australia all prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax), at the rate of 10%. For orders to be delivered outside Australia GST is not payable and will be deducted as you complete your order if applicable. Your bank may charge you a fee to transact in AUD, please refer to your bank terms and conditions for further information. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include shipping where applicable, which is charged according to delivery location. Australia Post, FEDEX, USPS, DHL, UPS may be used to calculate shipping and postage rates. If one of the above parcel services are not used, a third-party freight service may be used to determine delivery costs.
Pricing and Availability of Items
Prices shown on the website apply to goods and services purchased online and are in Australian Dollars (AUD). During special promotions prices may be discounted and this will be indicated on the website. Prices are subject to change without notice. Where an item is temporarily unavailable, this will be indicated on the website. For orders delivered within Australia all prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax), at the rate of 10%.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards for Internet orders. Credit cards are handled by our secure server and charged the business day the order is filled. We use Stripe to handle our online payments.
Delivery times for products will vary according to the destination and Australia Post guidelines and cannot be guaranteed by us, but generally will be delivered within 7 working days. We will advise you by email if there are unforeseen delays in supplying your order. Wherever possible, electronic downloads of information will be provided at the time of the transaction or where this is not possible, via an email sent within 24 hours of the transaction taking place. Inzpire is not able to accept orders from Nigeria, or any other country where shipping cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Refund Policy
Inzpire Pty Ltd is committed to providing excellent customer service and wants to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with their purchase of products. This policy is based on requirements under Australian Consumer Law.
Purchase of Products
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about the online program you enrolled in. We may, at our own discretion provide a refund if it is requested within 30 days. If the program has been partly or fully consumed in that 30 days we are not obliged to refund you.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about a product you have purchased. But you can choose a refund or exchange on a product if the item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
If the problem is not major, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced in a reasonable time, we will provide a refund. Where payment has been made in full, your refund will be supplied either by cheque or direct deposit into your bank account.
Please keep proof of your purchase – e.g. your receipt.
If the goods are not returned within 30 days of purchase, customers have the option of choosing between a part refund, repair and replacement of goods, but not a full refund.
Returns for downloaded files
- Where a downloaded file or audio file has been purchased and is damaged or faulty when your received it, we will replace the item with an undamaged one.
- Please contact us via our Contact Form and request a Returns Form, then e-mail the form to us and attach the faulty downloaded file.
- A replacement item will be forwarded to you at no cost to you, on receipt of the returned goods.
- We request that you delete the faulty file from your computer once it has been returned.
Cancelling an Order
Orders which are taken online with an instant download of file are not able to be cancelled as the transaction occurs immediately the order is placed.
Orders which are to be mailed out must be cancelled no more than 24 hours after placement in order to avoid paying the cost of the product by calling +61 (if outside Australia) 7 4696 8492.
Returning Overseas Orders
If you have purchased a product from us and you live outside of Australia, the process for requesting a refund is the same as noted above. The cost of returning the goods to Australia including packaging and postage, will be your responsibility.
